This was our first ocean front property and most popular with our vacationers. It located at 3647 Ocean Front Walk, which is 1 mile north of Belmont Park. Imagine being ocean front in this upstairs 1 bedroom 1 bathroom 525 square foot property which has Wi Fi, a king-sized bed, sensational ocean views from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The couch folds out to sleep two additional people. The bathroom and kitchen are upgraded and the kitchen is fully stocked. Cable TV, DVD, Stereo, and washer/dryer are included. This property sleeps four people. You can step out onto the outdoor deck for sensational sunsets, dolphin watching, people watching, and views of Pacific Beach, Mission Beach, and South Mission Beach. You will also have access to the lower patio with tables, chairs, and barbeques. There is one parking spot located directly behind the building. Summer: Saturday to Saturday. Surf Rider I
Our vacationers have referred to this property as the "Taj Majal" of Mission Beach. It is a luxury ocean front 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 700 square foot property located at 3443 Ocean Front Walk, which is 1/2 mile north of Belmont Park. A great choice for families or couples. This non-smoking non-pet property has an exemplary ocean view from the living room and master bedroom. Imagine waking up and looking out and seeing the crashing surf. While staying in this property you will really enjoy the flat screen TV, Stereo, surround sound system, DVD player, Wi Fi, and fireplace. There is a queen sized bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and couch that folds out into a double bed. This property is ideal for five people. Image preparing your dinner in the fully stocked kitchen which also has granite counters and high-end appliances. This property features slate floors, travertine bathrooms, and washer/dryer. The outdoor patio area has two unbelievable barbeques and a great Jacuzzi. You can also walk out onto the boardwalk and go for a run or bike ride. You will not have to drive to the beach because you can swim, boogey board, or surf directly in front of the property. Surf Rider II
This ocean front property is located in the same building as "Surf Rider I." This luxury ocean front 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, 900 square foot non-smoking, non-pet property is the biggest and most gorgeous property at the Surf Rider. It is located at 3443 Ocean Front Walk, which is 1/2 mile north of Belmont Park. This sensational property has a television in each bedroom, television in the living room, fireplace in the living room and fireplace in the master bedroom. The master bedroom also has a queen size bed, steam shower, two-person jetted tub, and ocean views. The second bedroom has a queen size Murphy bed and an adjacent bathroom. There is an air bed which can be placed in the living room and sleeps five people. The ocean views from the living room and dining room are fantastic. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is a great sound system, DVD player, and Wi Fi. A washer/dryer in the unit makes it very nice for your vacation on the beach and there is a designated parking spot. While staying in this property, make sure to barbeque, take a Jacuzzi, step out on to the boardwalk and go for a walk. Beach access is phenomenal and beach chairs and boogey boards are included.
